Sigma Summary 2023
2023 became a year of important strategic changes and achievements for our product.
We are keeping up with our good tradition of presenting you a yearly summary to reflect on the results of our work and get inspired for the future.
Sigma is a result of years of market research and aspiration to reach the highest level of mobile phone servicing.
The product was launched in 2012. We provide support for 14000+ models, over 150 brands support unlocking, IMEI repair, flashing, FRP operations, and 50+ other options. For all this time, we have earned a reputation of a stable product.
We added new models in 2023:
- 360 models of various brands were added, and over 500 models are potentially supported (due to versatility of our solution)
- Aside of that, 180 Huawei models were added to the list as the ones tested by our users
- 36 phone brands appeared in the updates: ZTE, Yezz, Wiko, Ulefone, Tecno, Teclast, Realme, Nokia, Micromax, Meizu, Maxwest, Lenovo, Lava, Itel, Infinix, INOI, Hisense, Gionee, Doogee, Cubot, Bmobile, Blu, Blackview, BQ Mobile, Archos, Alldocube, Alcatel, Walton, Vnus, Symphony, Lanix, Irbis, Digma, DEXP, Chuwi, Samsung, Moto
We added support for a new platform:
- Unisoc platform is now supported, as well as SC7XX / SC9XX / T3XX / T6XX/ T7XX CPUs. Added phones of B and C brands, which are quite popular on the markets of other countries.
We presented a new and improved form of our product.
At the end of the second quarter of the year, the project continues its development as Sigma Plus. This new form aims at adjusting the product to market demands, and assures the perspective of future development:
- New form of the product is more attractive for the new users.
- Existing users obtained access to full functionality without being limited by packs or brands.
Since then, around 96% of active users upgraded to Sigma Plus, and every month this number is increasing.
Sigma service was sufficiently improved:
- Our product is now based on more powerful servers that provide stable support without interruptions.
- We fully rearranged our website, considering all the customer requests, to provide maximum convenience for our users.
- On top of that, we improved our digital Sigma Customer Guide that provides fast support to our newcomers, as well as our regulars.
- Our file area is systematically updated with the schematics of new testpoints.
- We constantly add useful video tutorials to Sigma YouTube channel.
- Our customer support service is working 24/7, using various means of communication. We want to support our users on every step, not limited by Q&A, but offering fast and effective solutions to customers’ inquiries or problems.
Basically in 2023 we strived for fundamental improvement of the product and building a solid ground for the future development. We received numerous valuable feedbacks, as well as reasonable critics, from our customers that helped us develop and improve our services.
Our team has a vivid plan for the next 3 years, and systematically moves on, guided by the “roadmap” of product development. We want to make our product even more effective and relevant for the future use.
